Matt founded ICS in 1998 in Birmingham, Alabama. Since its inception, he has grown the company to include three offices in Atlanta, Birmingham, and Huntsville with projects throughout the Southeast. Matt manages the day-to-day operations of the company and its quality controls.Tom Clappier
Vice President
Tom, an Atlanta native, complements the ICS team with his background in commercial real estate development and brokerage. Tom’s responsibilities include business development and project management. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics.Steve Bauman
Senior Project Manager
Steve has over 23 years’ experience in construction with a background in office interiors, medical offices, restaurants, retail franchises and flex space. His primary focus is on preconstruction services ranging from conceptual estimates through value engineering to the estabishment of final project estimates.Jerry Ford
Senior Project Manager
Jerry has over 30 years’ experience in the retail, office, industrial, restaurant and medical sectors. His responsibilities include project management and managing field operations. Jerry’s completed projects include interior tenant build-outs, white box jobs, capital improvements and ground up construction.Mark R. Ritchie

Mark’s responsibilities include customer relationship management and project management. He has over twenty year’s experience in commercial real estate and he is the former Director of Property Management at Liberty Park Office Complex for eight years where he handled construction and property management.Raven Shuta
Accounts Manager
Raven operates out of the Birmingham office and her responsibilities include managing administrative staff, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, running payroll and handling the day-to-day office management duties.Project Support Staff and Field Personnel
