Guthrie's Chicken
- ICS has completed multiple restaurants of varying scopes for Guthrie's throughout the State of Alabama
- These projects included everything from constructing new locations to full build-outs
- Several of the projects were conversions of former Burger King restaurants which required demolition of the interior, full interior build-out and total exterior renovation
Original Steakhouse
- This $650,000 build-out and expansion of a 7,500 SF high-end steak restaurant was completed in 8 weeks and included interior and exterior renovations
- The project included removing the second floor and adding additional square footage to the building
- Interior finishes consisted of stained wood, glass partitions and upgraded, high end lighting
