ICS has successfully completed thousands of commercial projects over the past 20+ years. Many of these projects have been in healthcare and have ranged from new building construction, interior & exterior renovations, and build-outs in hospitals and single practice facilities. Metro Medical Associates
- Ground-up new medical office building
- Construction consisted of demolition of an existing Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant and providing turn-key construction of the new building
- Sitework included grade changes, new site utilities and right-of-ways
- 4,500 sf project is located in Decatur, GA
Life University – LEED Project
- LEED Certified project with extreme scheduling constraints
- Construction was required to be completed space before the next school term was scheduled to start
- Construction was completed for this $650,000, multi-use, educational renovation in 4-1/2 weeks
- 15,000 sf project is located in Marietta, GA
Village Dermatology
- Build-out of Dr. Sobera’s Dermatology practice and her product showroom
- Construction consisted of extensive demolition, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical to convert this old building
- 4,500 sf project is located in Birmingham, AL
Medical Services
- ICS was hired by the Owners of this property after being forced to terminate their original contractor due to construction delays
- ICS provided Design-Build services for this $1.2MM project
- Construction consisted of interior build-outs and exterior building renovations
- 14,000 sf project is located in Vestavia, AL
Metropolitan Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Interior renovation of dentist office for Dr. Joyce Lee
- Construction consisted of interior renovations and modifications to the med-gas systems
- 2,500 sf project is located at Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta
Eye Dream Eye Care
- New location for Dr. Maria Kim OD
- Construction consisted of new interior build-out of medical space
- 2,000 sf project located in Suwanee, GA
Brookwood Hospital
- For years ICS provided construction services at Brookwood Hospital for Tenet Healthcare
- Projects include multiple build-outs and renovations throughout multiple buildings (Women’s Medical Plaza, Ambulatory Care Center, Medical Plaza and Professional Office Building)
