  • Multiple projects for both RTM Restaurant Group and several franchisees to build and renovate multiple restaurants

  • ICS provided comprehensive design-build services for several locations

  • Projects were located throughout the Southeast and Texas

  • Multiple projects throughout the Southeast

  • The pictured project was completed as a design-build project and consisted of new building construction

  • Other projects included design-build conversions of Burger King Restaurants and mall build-outs

CHARLIE’S GRILLED SUBS

  • Built new stores in mall at multiple locations

  • New quick service restaurant in mall food court

  • New store location

  • Interior build-out of in-line restaurant space completed in 6-weeks

  • 3,000 sf project is located in Birmingham, Alabama
