Innovative Contracting Solutions (ICS) is a general contracting firm specializing in commercial construction.  Our main focus is on Retail, Office, Senior Living, Healthcare, Industrial, and Restaurant projects throughout the Southeastern United States. Customer service is the driving force behind our company's success.  Dedication to understanding our clients’ needs and expectations has been vital to our growth over the years.  We work diligently, each and every day, to strengthen those relationships by honoring our commitments.

HISTORY

Founded in 1999 by Matt Hubbard, ICS got its start in Birmingham, Alabama.  In 2006 ICS opened a full service office in Atlanta, Georgia, which now serves as the company's headquarters. 

Initially the company provided construction services for Retail projects.  As the company grew, the company expanded into additional areas of commercial construction to include Office, Healthcare, Senior Living, Industrial, and Restaurants. 

ICS' success is a result of strong work ethic, industry knowledge, and a commitment to our relationships.

We have completed projects throughout the Southeast and this remains our focus area.  

We are currently licensed in the following states:
