FEATURED PROJECT:

KING’S BRIDGE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

  • $7MM expansion, upgrade, and renovation of the Kingsbridge Retirement Community

  • This phased project included upgrading Independent Living areas to Assisted Living, and creating a Memory Care wing

  • The community was fully occupied during the construction of several multi-story additions and Common Area renovations

  • The ICS team worked in a design-build capacity with Kingsbridge leadership

  • Major interior and exterior renovations

  • Chapter-35 upgrades necessary to change classification from Personal Care to Assisted Living

  • Upgrades to the fire sprinkler, fire alarm and controlled access systems, etc.

  • 47,715 sf project is located in Kennesaw, Georgia

LANIER PLACE

  • Major interior and exterior renovations

  • Chapter-35 upgrades necessary to change classification from Personal Care to Assisted Living

  • Upgrades to the fire sprinkler, fire alarm and controlled access systems, etc.

  • 31,500 sf project is located in Marietta, Georgia

BRIGHT LEAF ASSISTED LIVING

  • Major interior and exterior renovations

  • New and upgraded HVAC systems

  • Water damage remediation

  • Located in Danville, Virginia

DEANE HILL PLACE

  • Major interior and exterior renovations

  • Expanded parking lot and repaved existing

  • Major structural repairs due to failed floor trusses in (3) of the (6) Cottages

  • Located in Knoxville, Tennessee

RICHLAND PLACE

  • Exterior renovations

  • Parking lot patching, overlay and re-stripping

  • ADA upgrades and sidewalks replacement

  • Located in Greensboro, North Carolina

AVERY PLACE ASSISTED LIVING

  • Interior and exterior renovations and structural repairs to this occupied facility

  • Design-build project

  • Located in Winterville, Georgia

NORTH HILL NURSING & REHABILITATION

  • Interior renovations and code required updates

  • Created dozens of new resident rooms as a result of the renovations

  • Located in Birmingham, Alabama
