ICS has successfully completed thousands of commercial projects over the past 25+ years. These projects have included new building construction, building additions, interior & exterior renovations, and build-outs.  We have featured a few of these projects below.

FEATURED PROJECT:

ALDI

  • Subdivided an existing Best Buy store and performed all work to achieve Landlord lease requirements for a new Aldi location

  • New exterior façade and canopy with expanded signage areas, separation of utilities, etc.

  • Project is located in Atlanta, Georgia

PreConstruction

FIVE BELOW

  • Demised a very large space to acheive new Five Below location and whitebox for adjacent Sketchers space

  • New complete retail build-out of Five Below space

  • New façade, storefront, new MEP separation, and custom interior packages

  • This project is located in Knoxville, Tennessee

GAMESHOW BATTLE ROOM

  • Flagship location for national brand

  • Over $1MM full retail build-out

  • ICS transformed 6,700 sf of Office space into a special-purpose conference and entertainment venue

  • The ICS team worked directly with the tenant Owners and the CTO REIT

ULTA & PARTY CITY

  • Project for Inland US Management to subdivide an existing Linens & Things

  • Complete demolition of existing store, new façade, separation of utilities, etc.

  • New seismic classification requirements called for installation of a new footing across the entire façade 6' wide x 2' deep

  • 25,000 sf project located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina

THE SUMMIT

  • Completed multiple projects at this upscale lifestyle center for Bayer Properties

  • Completed projects for national tenants including Banana Republic, California Pizza Kitchen, and Abercrombie & Fitch plus many more

  • Property is located in Birmingham, Alabama

JESSICA MCCLINTOCK

  • Completed multiple projects for Jessica McClintock

  • Completed (4) new store locations in Alabama, Texas, New Jersey & Pennsylvania

  • All stores were located in high-end malls with department stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks, and Nordstrom

NEW RETAIL BUILDING

  • Ground-up new retail building

  • Site work, utilities, access roads and right of ways, etc.

  • 5,000 sf project is located in Laurel, Mississippi

PHYSICAL THERAPY SOLUTIONS (PTS)

  • New locations with full retail build-outs

  • Completed multiple locations throughout Georgia and Florida
