ICS has successfully completed thousands of commercial projects over the past 25+ years. Many of these projects have been for industrial and flex space properties consisting of site upgrades, sub-dividing of buildings, tenant build-outs and renovations. Below are a few of these projects.

HENRY FORD DISTRIBUTION CENTER

  • Completed multiple projects at this distribution center

  • Construction included demising partitions, separation of utilities and construction of office space

  • 85,000 sf project is located in Atlanta, Georgia

Empty warehouse or industrial space with a polished concrete floor, white walls, and a high ceiling with black metal beams. There are multiple garage-style doors at the back, some with yellow safety bumpers, and bright overhead lighting.

  • Build-out of 9,300 sf Office/Warehouse space

  • Completed for JLL in Atlanta, Georgia

SHELBY WEST DISTRIBUTION CENTER

  • Completed multiple projects at this distribution center

  • Subdividing of space/utilities/etc.

  • 250,000 sf project is located in Birmingham, Alabama

GWINNETT BUSINESS CENTER

  • Completed multiple projects for Resource Real Estate Partners to deliver move-in ready suites

  • Projects consisted of new finishes, floor plan changes, modified plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems

  • 500,750 sf property is located in Atlanta, Georgia

FRANKLIN FOREST

  • Complete multiple projects for CB Richard Ellis at this property

  • Multiple projects consisting primarily of occupied renovations for existing tenants

  • Construction for occupied suites were performed after hours

  • Property is located in Atlanta, Georgia

SCHOOL SPECIALTIES

  • New tenant office space required by CB Richard Ellis

  • Construction consisted of a full interior build-out of office, production and storage space
