  • Located in Alpharetta, Georgia

  • Renovation of historic building in Downtown Atlanta

  • Interior and exterior renovation

  • Owner and End User Law Offices

  • Project was completed for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)

  • Multiple expansion and renovation project for this office located at 999 Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta

  • We renovated this occupied space in 2013, expansion in 2015, and full renovation in 2023

  • We also completed common area renovations to the building's Main Lobby

  • 7,453 sf is located in Midtown Atlanta

260/270 PEACHTREE

  • Completed multiple projects in these downtown office towers

  • Office build-outs & renovations along with common area renovations

  • Complete renovation of this Office Tower Lobby

  • Elevator renovations, imported stone, custom wall panels and light fixtures

  • Phased schedule was tight at 5-weeks
